Careful restoration work of this attractive country house has kept original character intact.
The house is divided into four apartments.
The plain of the Val di Chiana with cultivated fields of corn and sunflowers ensure peace and quiet. In the distance are the hills on which the walled town of Cortona has developed, first settled by the Umbri followed during the late 8th and early 7th centuries BC by the Etruscans.
There is a large fenced garden around the house with tall shady poplar trees, a small fishing pond and a 6 x 12 meter swimming pool equipped with sun beds, loungers and umbrellas.
Every apartment has TV, fridge freezer and kitchen corner with electric cooker. We also supply bath towels and hand towels for each person and bed linen. Baby high chair and cot available.
Communal washing-machine. Barbecue.
